We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties without your express authorization. This does not include authorized service providers and internal tools used to support our business operations, provided those parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

AI-Assisted Tools
NTPC may leverage industry-leading AI-assisted technologies to enhance and support service delivery. Any client data utilized in connection with such tools is strictly limited to what is necessary to perform the applicable task. All AI tool usage is governed by the respective provider's data processing and privacy terms, which are held to the same standards of confidentiality and data protection outlined in this policy.
International Data Transfers
We do not knowingly transfer or process personal data outside of the United States. All third-party service providers and partners engaged by NTPC operate within the United States and are subject to applicable domestic data protection laws. We maintain strict vendor requirements to ensure that all parties handling your data uphold the privacy and security standards outlined in this policy.
